Products and Availability
- We offer a variety of floral arrangements, bouquets, plants, and gift items subject to availability.
- We reserve the right to limit quantities or substitute products with items of equal or greater value due to seasonal availability or unforeseen circumstances.
- We will make every effort to inform you of any substitutions before processing your order.
Orders and Payment
- You can place orders through our website, by phone, or in person at our shop. All orders must be accompanied by full payment at the time of purchase. We accept payment by PayPal, HitPay, our authorized payment gateway: Credit/Debit Card (VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, Discover), E-Wallets (Gcash, PayMaya, Coins, GrabPay, BDO Pay), Bank Transfer/Deposit (BDO, BPI, UnionBank), Internation al and Local Remittances (Western Union, Moneygram, Remitly, PalawanPay, MLHuillier, Cebuana Luilhier, Palawan Express)
- We never store or have access to your credit or debit card details.
- For Bank Deposit payments, please mail us at contact@daetflowershop.com or daetflowershop@gmail.com your Deposit as payment confirmation. Order will be served after confirmation of payment.
- We reserve the right to cancel any order due to payment issues or product unavailability.
Pricing and Delivery
- Prices listed on our website or in-store are subject to change without notice.
- Delivery fees are based on the delivery location and order value. Accurate delivery fees will be displayed during checkout.
- We offer same-day and scheduled delivery options based on your selection and availability.
- For SAME DAY DELIVERY, our cut-off time are as follows:
4:00 PM within Daet
2:00 PM nearby municipalities except Capalonga, Santa Elena, parts of Labo. These areas will be served the next day. - For SAME DAY delivery of Sympathy arrangements, cut off time is 1:30 PM daily.
Delivery Policy
- We strive to deliver your order within the chosen timeframe. However, we cannot guarantee specific delivery times due to unforeseen circumstances.
- We will notify you of any delays in delivery.
- Deliveries will be made to the address provided at checkout. We are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete delivery information.
- Someone must be present to receive the delivery.
- We are not responsible for perishable items left unattended.
- For reroute and redelivery, the sender will be charged an additional delivery fee.
- The recipient’s refusal of flower delivery is still validate as delivered.
Substitution Policy
- We may substitute flowers or other items in your order with similar products of equal or greater value due to seasonal availability or unforeseen circumstances.
- We will make every effort to maintain the overall style and value of your order.
- If a significant substitution is necessary, we will contact you for approval before processing your order.
Order Cancellations and Refunds
- Due to the perishable nature of our Products, cancellations are generally not accepted. However, we may consider cancellations on a case-by-case basis if requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date.
- We do not accept returns on any Products due to their perishable nature.
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at daetflowershop@gmail.com with your order details and photos of the product. Flowers must be in their original condition. Please don’t alter the arrangement in any way. We will be happy to offer a replacement or store credit depending on the situation.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase within 3-5 banking days.
Product Care and Disclaimer
- Flowers are perishable items. We recommend following our care tips to ensure their longevity.
- We are not responsible for damage to flowers or plants due to improper care after delivery.
- We strive to provide accurate information about our products; however, some flowers may have allergens or cause skin irritation.
Warranties and Limitations of Liability
- We warrant that our products will be fresh and of good quality upon delivery.
- Our liability for any product defect is limited to the cost of the product itself.
- We are not liable for any consequential or incidental damages arising from the use of our products.
Intellectual Property
- The content on our website, including images, logos, and text, is protected by intellectual property rights.
- You may not copy, modify, or distribute this content without our express written permission.
Governing Law
- These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines.
